Coriander Vietnamese

Persicaria odorata

A really unusual herb, it has a dark red spot on each leaf and has an incredibly vibrant flavour. Used commonly in all Asian cuisines, it can be cooked or eaten raw in salads. Can grow to about 12 inches and is a stunning addition to any herb garden.
